NEH is pleased to offer helicopter flight training courses and housing to our International students.

Once you complete your helicopter training in the United States, you can exchange your U.S. pilot certificate for one in your own country.  The savings gained by flight training in the U.S. generally far exceeds any costs involved in exchanging your license.  For more information, see our International Helicopter Student Enrollment information.

We suggest you check your own country's requirements for a a license exchange. A great place to start is the International Flight Information Manual.

Hourly flight and ground instruction requirements may vary considerably between countries.  Normally a flight and/or written test will be necessary to exchange your license.

If you already have a foreign license and wish to expand on your training in the US, then you can also convert your ICAO license and continue to train with us for more advanced ratings.
